It was a lot of effort, and a good team is vital, but I finally made it to round 100 on HoS. First, I recommend getting on a team in the "Accolades" channel; those players will be specially equipped for Sompek and shooting for round 100. Forget about it with PUGS. Second, I had a really strong single target dmg build the first few tries. Just give up on that and focus every single thing on healing, dodging dmg, and shucking and jiving. If your teammates are all running team buffs for dmg you'll be fine there. The "Sanctuary" module is a must for at least one or two players on the team. It disables all enemy weapons, gives you a perfect cloak, and lets you hide for about 30 seconds, giving your teammates time to respawn in those critical later levels. Third, take your time in those upper levels; be careful to keep two or more players alive at all times. If you clear out one of the four sides, just hold it, peeking out from the sides to help the others kill on their sides and in the center of the map before running over to the other side and repeating. Don't get cornered! Don't bunch up!
This was my tac captain's ground build. Everything is upgraded as far as it will go. It is focused mostly on dodging dmg, kit performance, and providing boosts to the rest of the team. I run a macro for all of the buff abilities, weapon shooting, phasic shroud, etc. I keep my clicker next to the hypo, nanites, and temporal flux in case I take a spike hit. Past round 60 I run kit overboosters as often as I can if my health is full. I also use consumable ground assets from the tholian and romulan reputations in the later rounds.
Armor - Privateer's Combat Armor (28% dodge, + 48 kit performance / readiness)
Shield - Omega Force Reflex Enhancing (40% dodge)
Primary Weapon - Boolean Assault (hits hard)
Secondary Weapon - TR116B Sniper Rifle (100% shield pen for borg, voth, elachi, especially)
Devices - IDIC Tribble (Team Buff), Temporal Flux (to run away), large hypos, kit overboosters
Kit Frame - Delta Expedition (crtd) (kp/weapon) (kperf)x2 (psg)
Modules - Ambush (boosted by three doffs below), Phasic Shroud (semi-invincibility/cloak), Hammer and Anvil (team dmg/resist to flanking), Rally Cry (team healing, crit severity), Sanctuary (Important: see above)
Doffs - Na'kuhl Warfare Specialist (healing from kit abilities), Security Officer (Def boost when using ambush), Security Officer (Ambush DOT), Assault Squad Officer (Chance to reset ambush), Assault Squad Officer (crt severity buff when firing weapons), EMH MK I (EMH from using hypo)
Ground Traits - Creative (kit perf), Hive Mind (team dmg boost), Hunter Instincts (dodge), Imminent Danger (auto dodge), Photonic Armor Protocol (temp hitpoints), Rogue's Charm (placate), Privateer's Luck (yeah, more dodge), Technophile (kit boost), Kit Technician (more kit boost)
Rep Traits - Emergency Personal Cloak (hide), Reactive Protomatter Infusion (heal), Emergency Fix (heal), Miniaturized Chrono Capacitor (kit recharge), Energized Nanites (Heal)
Active Reputation - All of the ground ones.
Specializations - Temporal / Commando
There you go. Hope it helps some of you achieve glory! Feel free to post your suggestions and builds below.

And the obligatory... if there's no screenshot, it never happened!

A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch."
"We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
Nice build, thanks for sharing. I've been past round 100 several times - as a tac I would not focus exclusively on healing, I think that would be a disservice to the team. I've seen many rounds fail just because the team didn't even have enough DPS to take down enemies. I've seen people do so little damage in there that they are doing more harm than good.
That's why it's important to have a well-balanced and coordinated team, with tac, sci, and eng. I go in with about 80% damage focus, the rest heals/immunities etc. I would use traits like molt and blissful agony for passive heals and control resistance, and another ground rep trait that gives immunity to control effects. I think that is probably more valuable than focusing on dodge. If you're after dodge, why are you using temporal instead of intel spec?
No point in using the omega shield, especially if you're not going to use the omega set. The Na'kuhl shield is better, and the two-piece gives a huge crit boost.
For modules, feign disintegration really helps get you out of a tight spot, and it's passive once you activate it. Motivation is another one if you want to add a team healing bonus. I'm using regenerative invigoration from the colony holding, gives an awesome damage boost when using heals.
For devices, temporal flux is a must have. I would use shard of possibilities as well. There's a lot more potential for consumables, I always load up beforehand. Gambling device is obvious. Summer store items like bajoran mojito and others gives kit boost, damage resistance, etc. There's a few good ones in the dil store. You can get cheap ones like ketracel stimulant or betazoid resistance boost, keep using those, stack them all up. Also go with the ground skill boost from starbase, and I try to add on the doff assignments that boost ground, there's about 4 of those that give a bonus to weapons, armor, shield, and willpower.
