You can farm the materials or buy the materials. The problem is that the game won't be satisfied until you fail 7 or 8 times. There is no reason why you should have to have more than one set of materials to level your crafting except that PWI is ugly and unpleasant that way.

These are good ideas. I would love kick option for afk leaders. Or even just to be able to change leaders when you have a leader that is afk.
