Same thing with my legendary Sovereign. My guess is it's tied to the Protostar having secondary MW and a Uni console. Probably gave it full spec MW and "hid" the innovation mechanic to quickly implement the secondary aspects of the ship and ended up rolling out the hidden aspect to all fullspec MW ships.

Ehhh. The only equipment from this rep that even interests me is the pistol. My poor wallet. :( My KDF sci flew a Varanus since that ship first came out until the Neb pack recently. My Fed sci flew the original Vesta ships until I got my hands on a Fleet Luna. Did you talk to the contact twice? The first time gives you the mission to get the box and the second time completes the mission granting the box.
