• Thank you for your reply. Yes I have the oblesik warp core which is a 50% reduction which brings 120sec down to 60 sec. I took the warp core out just to see what it would do out of curiosity. The recharge time went up to 120 sec with the omega hyper engine. So without my warp core there is no effect and with it i only get…

• Make sure "Fullscreen" is checked off and check safe mode again. Once in game if it works go to display options and change driver from direct x 11 to direct x 9. Let me know if it helps. I had the same problem.
