I am also stuck on Nimbus 3. I was headed towards the canyon where the Gorn are and the game crashed. I can load other toons on my PS4 account just fine, though I haven't tried doing a mission with them. I can do the DOFF assingments, R and D and rep. But the toon that is "stuck on Nimbus", the game refuses to load. Well…
I just did that mission. I was wondering what was firing at me, so I moved as fast as I could. After I cleared the combat ships from around the damaged ships and the Hospital ships, I was able to beam repair crews/tractor them to safety. The repair ships, I "took" the hits from the artie. But was able to repair myself to…
Enough that I am about to give up on the game. I was thinking "life time membership". Now I'm thinking of keeping my money and walking away. I can play other MMOs with less connection [meaning little to none] issue, then I can STO. STO seems to have a15 minute timer and kicks me out at that point. No matter if I'm in an…
I agree. I've been asking around in other places and it seems the number one reason why many have walked away from STO is the constant dropped connections. Having to replay missions from the start after getting dropped, getting dropped while in the middle of an STF. It sucks.
There is another option, drop the ranking system. Next expansion/level cap: "Congratulations, after spending so long, and working so hard in your career, we are pleased to announce your retirement. Go forth and live long and prosper". At which point you loose access to Star Fleet/KDF items. Now you are a Privateer. Meaning…
By increasing the cap, the company will gain an increase in cash flow. I'm sure there will be many "old" timers that get ticked that heir "elite" gear is now just above average gear. So some may quit, while others will pony up the time to grind out enough currency to re-gear their ships to "elite" status again. Even single…
Maybe add a "munitions" slot in devices. There you can equip your mines/torpedoes and use them. Maybe have a cap of 10, and they can only be reloaded while docked at station or planet. I'm thinking along the lines of the turrets you get when you do certain trade assignments. The turrets are equitable in a device slot, and…
I've been a member of Echelon for a few months now. They always have events schedule and the senior members are willing to assist the new members out. Thanks to them, I've been able to improve my game knowledge and have fun.
