I just tried logging in on my stuck toon on the PS4 and the game froze on the loading screen. So not fixed for me :(

How do you open a ticket if the game never loads when trying to log in with that toon?

I would open a ticket, but the stuck toon never loads. The game freezes on the loading screen on that one toon.

I am also stuck on Nimbus 3. I was headed towards the canyon where the Gorn are and the game crashed. I can load other toons on my PS4 account just fine, though I haven't tried doing a mission with them. I can do the DOFF assingments, R and D and rep. I just did that mission. I was wondering what was firing at me, so I moved as fast as I could. After I cleared the combat ships from around the damaged ships and the Hospital ships, I was able to beam repair crews/tractor them to safety. The repair ships, I "took" the hits from the artie. I agree. I've been asking around in other places and it seems the number one reason why many have walked away from STO is the constant dropped connections. Having to replay missions from the start after getting dropped, getting dropped while in the middle of an STF. It sucks.

There is another option, drop the ranking system. Next expansion/level cap: "Congratulations, after spending so long, and working so hard in your career, we are pleased to announce your retirement. Maybe add a "munitions" slot in devices. There you can equip your mines/torpedoes and use them. Maybe have a cap of 10, and they can only be reloaded while docked at station or planet. I've been a member of Echelon for a few months now. They always have events schedule and the senior members are willing to assist the new members out. Thanks to them, I've been able to improve my game knowledge and have fun.
