Oh don't get me wrong I will do all the story quests for the gear but questing one after another with nothing to break it up gets monotonous. Not terrible though because I love the game so far but just thought id try something else :)

Other than quests, what else can I do to level up? Most MMOs I've played have instances dungeons or something for players to break up questing. Anything like that here? Or at least anything worth my time?

I may buy some Turrets and DHCs then since I haven't come across too many as quest rewards. I'm about to jump into the Ar'kif which is like an escort so DHCs should be useful.

I did some looking on the wiki about BOFFS and found that you can train up a current one instead and I think that's what I've been doing and not realized it. Is there any way I can remove the skills I've trained or even just remove the BOFF completely and get new ones? And any recommendations on which types are good?

How would it be possible to not do the episodes though? I've done every main mission up until now and have gotten all the rewards for them (ships, duty officers, etc.). So you think it's a bug then? How do you open the episodes list btw?

I'm about to hit level 30. The last officer I have is Veril. I have Torven (or whatever that tac guy is), Satra, the other Sci off, and Veril. It does not say [no officer] like you just mentioned. When is that going to happen?

Ohhh okay I saw on he wiki what you're talking about. So if I press the power to all weapons button, all my power will be diverted to my weapons then (obviously) but that means less power goes to my shields. Does that mean they degrade faster when hit?
