I'm noticing the potion of the mission that is supposed to be in Risa is not loading properly. My fisrt issue was when the 3rd set of tholian ships I needed to defeat did not spawn. I was able to advance once I left the mission and restarted it. As of 2:03pm EST, the Risa portion of the episode has not loaded yet. Please…

I believe that will be the case. The seeds of the temporal war has been planted in the temporal ambassordor espisode and the temporal ships that can be purchased buy using lobi crystals. Now with season 11, this will further expand it.
