I am also not able to access DS9, or characters which have traveled to that location. When an artisan, engineer, or what have you Crafts something. They know exactly what they are making. STO Crafting is nothing more then gambling. Forced Lock Box mentality. If you get a Fleet Enhanced Nutronium that boosts your turn rate, toss in a Conductive RCS Accelerator, which you can buy off the exchange for around 500k EC. What ever you get, I suggest something that can equip large pets. avoid those tiny wings of pets get wiped out if someone sneezes at them. It's a pain constantly deploying new fighters. I didn't realize round objects where so offensive to some people. Interesting. Personally I like spheres. I bounce them off the walls, toss them through hoops, Hit them with sticks. I even live on one.
