Why is the advertised Zen sale for PS4 still not active. It is false advertising to say that an item or items are on sale for a limited time at a specific price and then during that time not offer them at the sale price that you promoted on your own website. Something needs to be done to fix this A.S.A.P.

I know how to screen shot but I have no idea how to submit it to this forum from my PS4 or phone. I have sent in several photos to arc support via email as a ticket respone. To game masters Uzul and Somnolence.

I have been having the same issue with the one I bought my toon N'eyen Lives. I have submitted multiple tickets and a bug report and no resolution.

It says nothing. Click on it and it gives you the standard options: use, more info, ect. But when you select use nothing happens. I am a Klingon and I purchased the c"bundle: miracle worker flight deck cruiser equipment" for Klingons.
