What is the point of this category?

What is the point in a Support Category for C-Store, Zen and Promotions when only ones that can do anything about are PWE/Cryptic support staff?

    The point of this thread is so that we can keep bringing up the issue with the Zen sale and they can keep telling us that "working on it" as a result they never get it fixed before the sale ends. That way we can't get on them for false advertisement because as long as they say "we're working on it" then they can take their time resolving the issue.

    Yes but time and time again all i see is moderators that say these forums are for user to user and devs and support site never read them.

    Just because they don't respond, doesn't mean they don't read them. ALL posts in the support forum are read. Give them the time to actually do something before slating them. It might be as easy to fix as you'd think.

    Except that i see the issue reported here and one of the community moderators come in and say that issue can not be helped here you must contact support to get it resolved, now this discussion will be closed... That statement alone tells me that they don't read these threads, which is common in a lot MMORPG communities.

    I have reached out to the devs via several different mediums. Also have called PWE, Cryptic, Arc Games. Still only minimal response. the true purpose of this thread is to let them know that there actually is an issue and that they can work on it faster if they see more people commenting on the thread with the same issue then they're bound to do something about it sooner rather than later

    Read the FCT (Frequently Created Topics) 2.0 thread, they do read these forums, wesgunder1. They have a person who checks the bug reports section. Also, you are correct somewhat wlc3alliance. Most of the interaction Star Trek Online does is through Reddit, Facebook, and Twitter.
