Some of the Romulan missions are pretty badly balanced for a solo player, but otherwise I like them. I never noticed any issues w/ power levels. This most recent time I did that mission I had to respawn several times. Eventually there was nobody left except the commander ship and a few frigates. Even my allies where gone (not sure where they went, but nowhere to be found) and the fight took forever. That mission, and one of the rooms in the Elachi space station are…

Same here, right when I hit Centurion 1. I cant train my own skills or my officers skills. I've tried respect button, and also logout and back in and it did not work.

Its a bit faster than before for me but still considerably slower than usual. I'm downloading in the 200kbps range where I usually get 2.2mbps or higher. It also periodically just freezes and doesn't patch or download anything for a while.
