• Hi Can you guys try to enable safe mode in the launcher and then launch the game. If it starts succesfully, change to windowed full screen mode. I have a MSI laptop that can't play STO in fullscreen mode as it will crash at loading screen with the above messages. It plays fine in fullscreen windowed mode howerer.

• I think charging $5-10 for an upgrade to T5-U from a T5 is unacceptable. A T5-U is not a T6 no matter how much Cryptic wants to spin it.

• Hi I have the same problem as well. My sound blaster Z card loses sound around 5-6 mins of space combat. I have to restart the PC to fix the sound.

• I'm getting the worst sound bug of all. It all started during the recent CE event. When fighting the CE alongside other players. There would suddenly be no sound at all and this affects my entire system. Restarting Windows Audio Service does not work and only a reboot will bring sound back. Other games do not exhibit this…

• The UI is really too big. If you guys have seen the SOE launcher, it's really compact. I want the ability to see just a mini version of the launcher without the pictures of the games.

• After 3 years of playing. This is like my 3rd or 4th server crash I've encountered. I don't play all the time and I'm in Asia so it could be the time difference. It's not so bad.

• I'm also getting a popping sound. It happens occasionally and then it goes away. Later it comes back again. It's definitely something wrong with the game as I never had this before the Romulan patch. I also encountered the same issue on Tribble. I'm on a Sound Blaster Z.
