• Oh, and on a probably completely unrelated note, I'm unable to turn in any Red Alert missions... period. Federation, Klingon, Romulan, doesn't matter who does it, I can't contact Starfleet/Command/the KDF or whatever to turn them in, the button remains grey even though I did NOT disconnect/change instance/or anything else…

• Dumbest thing I ever did. That would probably be outfit my ship (don't remember which one it was anymore) with all turrents, I figured the 360 targeting arc would make up for their lesser damage than beam banks.

• I, as well as a couple of my friends are having the same problem. Mission shows as completed, however, we can't hail command to turn it in, the button remains greyed out.

• Update 3: Nothing short of restarting the client every fifteen or so minutes seems to do anything in regards to rectifying this problem. Using low quality lighting helps a very small bit for a short amount of time, but other than that, it's still the same problem with EVERYONE'S head being solid black except for the eyes…

• Update 2: Restarting the client seems to have fixed the problem... for now. I will continue to monitor the issue and update if anything changes. Also, I will try to determine exactly when the problem occurs or what seems to be trigger it.
