On my third character still no go. No mission details, no destination on map, but it's obvious we do have an objective as it's worth 3,000 xp and 360 expertise. I've traveled to every system on the map and talked to everyone on ESD.

Same here, can nor resolve "take the helm". No options, even travels to different planets. Re-rolled, same thing.

Yes we need a lot of those now but they are, and always will be, consumables, can you realistically imagine your away team members running around encumbered by 250 Large Hypos and 250 Major Regenerators?
