They new about this on tribble many of us reported it. Their reply was for us to respect on live an recopy of toons. When we told them this could make it to live. It fell on deaf ears.

I would like to add anyone from STO reading this post. This skill retrainer bug had been reported by many people testing on tribble. We was blown off or told to recopy our toons. And it was clear the bug report fell on deaf ears.

I am having the same issue. And I am not filing a ticket admin. I will tell you why. I have had two tickets putin for two months. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE. And bothered to answer my ticket. You all hold your hand out as people ( some who send a ton) on this game. But offer next to no ingame support. Spending money of this…

I thought this was a Cryptic thing. But either way...My bandwidth is is suposed to be a lot higher. I was on the phone againw ith my ISP. I told them I think it is a line problem. And for the heck of it. I am having the modem switch out. But I am going to a live issue. Being thats what seems to happen alot.
