UTC Time is off :) 1400 UTC (but I am in CET and cut off at 1500 UTC) so the end of UTC will be 1730 instead of 1630 (otherwise CET will be back in the game at 1730) UTC is +8 for PST and CET is +9

Because I do not see free giveaways at European conventions being posted here all the time. That's why. Come to Europe for a big convention, and give your EU congoers a free thing.

I agree, they did decide to give ALL players the reward for the Beta-Test for Legacy of Romulus, but this gift only applies to people who went there. Kinda measuring with two spoons. I work, and I just cannot pack up and leave to go to Las vegas (not to mention I need a Visa to enter the US and that is a hassle in it's own…
