There is a bug where Thelin thinks your turrets/generators/drones are enemies. Either don't spawn them of wait 5 minutes after combat for them to despawn. A Dev posted about this in another thread, but of course I can't find it now... It worked for me though!
Thanks for the official response and communication, Salami. FYI in your new role, releasing this level of detail before the change, will help Cryptic earn back much of the goodwill it has lost over recently. Recent times have been extremely rough for the players. Your "acting promotion" is the best news I've seen out of…
Wow. First off, calling others "lazy" is not helping your point...especially when those people worked their asses off to gather the marks for this "lazy" turn in. Second, Cryptic made a promise with they then retroactively took back. That's bad business. Third, this is not the first, but the most recent in a LONG string of…
BAD, BAD, BAD CRYPTIC! Even if it was a bug, the fact the official announcement didn't include this restriction an now it's been added AFTER the event Go Live is a terrible business decision. You should be honoring your "misprint". This is only hurting your reputation and giving ammunition to the people who accuse you of…

Delta Rising is not that bad. Yes, there is room for improvement, but this thread is pretty much a complete over-reaction and reads as a bunch of whiny children not getting their way. There are a few constructive posts here and a bunch of self-inflated nerds with a sense of entitlement. I am in no way saying Delta Rising…
I want to see the canon ships. FED: A T6 Galaxy (or allowing the use of the Galaxy skin on the Guardian) and a Defiant KDF: K7/K'tinga, b'rel & Vorcha ROM: D'Deridex and the TOS rom Warbird. I would also love a T6 Connie! *ducks*
But at least you can play on advanced to gain the items you need to get ready for elite, even if it is easy. Someone playing on Normal does not get any of the items they need to improve for advanced. They can solve this one of those way: 1. Make Advanced easier 2. Add the "unique" rewards (VR Mats, Processors/etc) to the…
I've spend way more than I care to admit. And yes, I am between 17-20 on all crafting schools. =P This doesn't affect me directly...i had plenty of crafting materials and dilithium to be able to get all my Gear to amk XIV no problem. The issue is the only people I have to play with now are the other whales. No much for…
I am sure I will. It's a shame after 4 years and weekly Zen purchases that it has come to this. Hope you spend a ton of money on Cryptic, because you and about 12 other people are going to have to support the game yourself moving forward, based on the way the forums and queues look now.
The issue with the superior kits is not crafting level. I too am Level 15. The issue is getting the materials to craft the kits. You have to play on Advanced to get them and the Advanced setting (especially when pugging) is tedious and unfun. Secondly, your math is way off. It may take 6-8 upgrade for beams, but…
The problem is Superior Kits (with the new queue revamps) are essentially unobtainable. Which means 12k dilithium PER ITEM to upgrade them to Mk XIII. It even MORE expensive to go to Mk XIV. You are looking at several HUNDRED THOUSAND dilithium just to upgrade ONE character to ONE full set of gear. Want to go for Rarity…
Summed up well. They need to fix this or STO has no future... It's really sad, but for the first time in four years I feel like I am on a sinking ship...
