Hey, leemwatson. I just found that comment about consuming 1 Transwarp Coil. I had never seen that before. Thank you for telling me about that. Do you know why they chose just those 3 to do that with? I mean, transwarping to the Delta Quadrant should be more costly than those destinations and I can do that for free. It…
Actually, I just found out the Mempa Sector Transwarp Destination is also malfunctioning. It took me WAY out of the way to the Orion Sector instead. It's been doing that for a while now, too.
Thanks for your replies. I actually use my bridges a lot. I have the unique bridges for my 3 starships that were used on the TV shows. I like to finish my daily gameplay by walking through whatever ship I used in the mission. I appreciate your responses.
Yes, thank you. Bajor, Drozana Station, and Deferra (the one listed under Alfa Quadrant) don't work. I have access to all of the Transwarp destinations and don't need a transwarp coil for any of the others. I'm not sure if these might be a throwback to the years before I started playing.
You're right. That's what it is supposed to do. But it doesn't any more. Now it takes 3 seconds to remodulate just like the fractal remodulator. There is no point in having the ground set if it doesn't function like it is supposed to.
Thank you for the reply. It actually is no faster than a Fractal Remodulator, but I still love the Omega Force Set though. It looks very "Special Forces".
Well, it's not my bloom or glow settings. Everything is set to max and my computer can very well handle it. I have noticed in the past year and a half that templates have been quite drab. I remember coming back from just a 2 week hiatus and my Klingon bird of prey looked noticeably different. Nothing had changed on my…
Thanks to everybody for the input. That's pretty much what I figured, too. That's O.K. Most of my ships consoles and kit modules are already Epic, so I'm happy with what I've got.
I guess I should ask...what's better, Impulsive or Elite? They are very different stats in the very same price range. Which ones will have better odds at winning? I mean I'm not out to beat anyone else, but I do want to earn as many favors as possible.
No. I just pin the emote box during the dance constest, but thanks though. I was just looking for an easier way to add some of my favorite emotes without using too many keys.
So, if I get the D'Kellhra, I should be able to use the console on my Intrepid. Do I understand that right? I mean, the other 2 pieces already work on my Intrepid. Thanks for the info.
I think what oclos was referring to by "scalable" was possibly making missions or patrols doable with small craft. Yes, they do scale according to your level, but only with capital ships. If they could make some of them scale according to what type of craft is flown (captial or shuttle), it could create plenty of small…
Wow, that was packed full of content. First off, what bridges "surprise" were you talking about? Secondly, I think that was an AWESOME idea about the "scalable" missions. You're right. They wouldn't have to create new content, just scale ships down to whatever is being flown in the mission. Capitol ships vs capitol ships…
You know, I have never played that one...and it sounds like a lot of fun. It's just really disappointing to have shuttles in game with so little material for them. I know of Operation Gamma and that shuttle race in the Delta Quadrant. But just a few patrols or mini missions dedicated only to small craft would justify…
You're right about the sci seat giving you better shields. However, I was able to equip the Stealth Fighter set to a Peregrine and that battle cloak makes it quite survivable as well. Not to mention quad cannons and quantum warheads (part of that set) gives it awesome firepower. I just DO NOT like the look of those ships…
Excuse me. I was not indicating you could just copy a hangar pet to add a new ship in game. All I was indicating was that Cryptic evidently has access to the copyright already. Please don't accuse me of saying things based on assumptions.
Am I Jack-Frickin crazy, or are there already Valkyrie hangar pets in game? I swear I've seen them and I too would LOVE to have a flyable version. I would pay good money for one of those as opposed to those flying boxes called Peregrines.
I do love the Mastiff. My main character is Vulcan, though, so I can't use that one. If I still used my Klingon captain T'Chang I would equip all my BOFF's with that too.
Thank you for the info. That's what I do with the special weapons and, yes, it does work with those. I was wrong about the Horta though. It looks like combat pets are one and done. The game enforces that. I appreciate everyone's input.
You know what? I found out I can do it with the combat Horta reward from "Mine Enemy". Your'e right. It varies depending on the pet. Thanks for your info.
I don't think I made my point clearly. I was able to equip my Section 31 Rifle on myself and all of my BOFF's. I wanted to know if I could do that with the Elachi Walker as well. I know there are various combat pets in the game, but not all of them are the same caliber. I wanted to know if I could equip the walker on ALL…
I like that comment about "bite-sized" options with random opponents. We have lots of space patrols-and I do love those. The Battle Zones are great, but they're always the same opponents. Just a few ground patrols, or even space stations, with random opponents would give some awesome added variety.
