I found them there and claimed them but the ship is still showing Zen and modules to purchase. It's showing as "reclaim" or any way to acquire for "free"

I was able to redeem my code and claim from the promotions tab without issues. However, They are not showing able to claim from the shipyard. Am I do something wrong? I am level 65.

I got the Ferengi shuttle and lobi....but the Khan costumes is not working. I got the message and opened and read it but nothing in the tailor.... Any ideas or forum link to help me?

Arc is slow for me on my Alienware...anyone else have this issue?

No ads....I think 500 is reasonable for a ship. I have seen what other "Free" MMOs charge. STO is not that bad some items seem to start out high for me. That is my only complaint
