For me I mostly just click for BOFF abilities and my own. That being said Macros are what I had in mind, to the 12 G keys. Yep, was in the middle of an invasion event, suddenly everything froze and server stopped responding. I'm frankly shocked at how often this game breaks compared to other AAA MMO's I've played. Now all my characters are going to be off for the event, and it wasn't even time for maintenance.
