Do I have to install the Arc Client in order to redeem my codes? That's what I gathered from the "how to redeem" page. I play STO through steam, will installing the client mess things up?

I got kicked and can't log back in. The launcher will not even progress to the point where in can input my login info. It just keeps saying "Loading, please wait..."

FYI, the uniforms are not useful to us. We cannot equip them. But other than that I agree with you for the most part. Yeah, lol. After I thought about it for a second I added "in this case" to my post. It is still pretty sweet playing Rom (Scimy, SingCores, SRO etc), but we are definitely getting shafted here.

You got me there, but you for sure can't use your aligned faction's T5s.

I am most certainly not. It is not a matter of choice, Roms cannot fly aligned T5s, period. Meaning we can't even requisition them, let alone use them.

You know, I am usually the one defending Cryptic (here and elsewhere) because I enjoy the game immensely and I sometimes think they get a raw deal from the players. But I'm beginning to see why part of the community feels the way it does. Cryptic........I am disappoint.
