Yep. Does nothing. I still haven't gained transwarp abilities. The fact that even when my fleet received the starbase transwarp ability and I didn't makes me think something is actually wrong with my account. I am also guessing that they have no idea how to fix it. I mean the issue seems to be much bigger than my levels…

I still think we should be able to build stuff in fleet starbases out of lock boxes, like giant sculptures of lock boxes! Make them useful.

Also, think about it this way instead: allow fleets to create stores to raise funds for special projects or purchase commodities for starebase projects. I think they should create a feature that allows players to create shops that work with the exchange or independent. Allow players to develop their own unique shop style so other players know who who they buy from and the store's reputation from prices as opposed to the anonymity of the current exchange. I understand that they make money off of this and that they have to or else they will abandon the game.
