Who knows... I've been playing sto since it 1st hit ps4 in Sept. of 2016 & I cannot remember when it wasn't like that... choppy. I just mute the volume whenever I have do that mission. They'll never fix it... like everything else.

As console players.... you don't find this at all frustrating? I'm talking about glitches that have been in the game for over a month... and some, longer. I don't know the exact date it was released, but as soon as they released the Lobi "Enterprise" sets... all ground phaser sounds ceased making noise... ALL OF THEM.…

lol... could not have said it better myself. I've tried all forms of communication. They don't listen, because they simply do not care. They're too busy figuring out ways to get us to spend money on useless garbage. Not certain how much more I can stand.

It would also be nice if the welcome window ceased to pop up when entering almost any system, beaming to any surface, changing instances or entering any quadrant.
