I've tried to create and run a Delta Feddie all day, to no avail. Finally I even tried re-installing Arc completely to see if that would help. Guess what? It does not help. Thanks, Cryptic, for hours and hours of fun and for depicting our favorite sci fi universe dynamically - and (sarcastically this time) thanks for wasting so many hours of my life on bugged missions. I can't really say I have tons of fun anymore. I basically like to roleplay, but the greed of the developers has left me with little time for that. In order for a small fleet to have anything, I have to basically grind almost all the time. The prices for starbase upgrades are ridiculous, and don't facilitate small fleets.

Personally, for a small fleet like mine, it's almost impossible without the quickies to build the starbase perks, especially considering that many are limited-time only and we can not do them at our own pace without missing out on the next limited time thing.
