Honestly, the most disappointing thing is that all those species that you unlock with Zen are ultimately playable only by those in the Starfleet storyline. That TOS and Discovery storyline characters are limited to basically two or three species, makes them feel both underwhelming and underrepresented.

I suspect that most of the posters here see a problem because of how long they've been playing. I've been playing since Jun (TOS Temporal Agent event) and aren't going to run out of things to spend dil on for a very long time. What you're ultimately discussing is what happens to every online game that lasts more an a year…
