Just discovered the same on Tribble. Either the description is wrong or it's bugged, regarding the buff being cancelled after getting 5 stacks. Really, it seems nothing ever get done with these things, unless you get cosy up personal with the devs on reddit or something...

This has been acknowledged on reddit by one of the devs, as still being an issue.

Then maybe it doesn't work on new races like jems and aoy...? It's almost 2months since I discovered this now, and just before that incident I confirmed it still works on a normal starfleet character. So the accolade is not gone, unless they patched something since then.

While doing Pahvo Dissension I had that drone suddenly spawn (with the same yellow/reddish Terran animation) right next to me, several times. I was alone in that area as well, and I didn't have the module equipped.

Just for the sake of this bug report; This still works for other, non-Jem'Hadar characters.

An update. On the bridge of the Ouroboros Temporal Raider, my Jem'Hadar character (non-vanguard) can't access the "Contact Duty Officers" function on the leftmost console. This is related to the "Invalid Skills" bug that's plagued Tribble for a very long time. When that happens, new traits added (by any means, starship or personal) will not appear.

I've experienced this as well, few years ago. Gave up on it then. One of the reasons I bought my Dauntless was to build a Tour/Slipstream type vessel, no go... Maybe you contributed to a fleet project that consumes Credits? There are ones that requires actual FCs to be filled in. I've almost mistaken it for normal Fleet Marks before.

Update: The Competitive Pistol (Duelist Regalia) also doesn't work with the drone. As above, doesn't fire at all.

I just noticed the same on two other tactical kit modules; "Graviton Spike" and "Trajectory Bending". Tooltip says 14s, actual cooldown is 20s instead. I've invested a lot of resources and upgrades into this build which focuses on cooldown reduction, only to find the investment worthless?

Like I first said, "No matter what's in the title". Please read... Though I had selected the item in question for the "item slot", or whatever you'd call it, in the report. Maybe that's injected into the title or something.
