I tried that suggestion as you recommended for my router i went from dynamic to static internet and included the ports, i also included into the trusted sites the addressing and ports and still have issues. dunno what else to do or configure?

Open your computer case and vacuum out the dust also remove the cooler fan from the heat sync that is covering your processor chip and clean in-between the spaces this will allow your computer to run cooler and not shut down due to high temperatures...hope this helps
