I like the idea of a Voyager theamed pack but it is also leaving the K.D.F high and dry for new content yet again. I really like most the ideas but on the opposite side of the coin what can a K.D.F plaayer get out of it? I dont have a K.D.F toon but I would think they should still be able to get something.

im not a fan of them either but I will occasioaly buy a key, i see it like buying the occasional lottery ticket. Do I ever win? No. But its a neccary Evil to keep free to play floating. Will they ever aknoledge our voices? nope.

I wish there was no need to use turrets to maximize DPS. I find it silly to see turrts on ships that had no turrets in the show. My Intrepid has aft turrets and its dumb that I have to use them to get more in my forward firing arc.

I agree that no one seems to listen on the Dev or Executive level. Its annoying that no one is at the very least saying they hear what we are saying, they dont neccessarily have to say they are going to do something, just say they hear us and aknoledge us. I have mentiomned this in several complaint style threads before.…

fine ideas in theory but i doubt it will change. GPL only has value to certain races. Star Fleet uses it to trade with those races and thats all. I agree that the Dilithium is weird as a currency because the only currency thats in the shows is GPL. Troy said in an ep of TNG that war, hunger and poverty are all eliminated…

ah True how ever I would say they would be loosing profit if so many players are agitated with the state of the game. Granted it is free to play but it is pay to win.

The new boxes do seem to have more shineys but i think its still a turn off. I think they need to drasticly cut prices. I did some searching and game reviewer's such as G4's X-Play gave STO a 3 out of 5 due to poor content and im sure all this will make them drop the score even lower if it was out at launch.

I try so hard to see both sides of a coin in an arguement. I see that the company needs money to keep the game going but this is obserd. I have played other free to play games with less content mind you that were not nickle and diming their players. League of Legends is one example. Surely a Star Trek game can be made Free…

I agree with the lowering of prices. They need to make money off us some how but lock boxes just seem to tick every one off. If they keys were a dime a dozen then I think players will be more inclined to buy them and take a dice roll at the boxes.

I would think in the current game erra civilians can have less armed Civilian ships and not live on Galaxy classes. I remember an old old P.C game that had "Cruise" ships and was armed with only a few phaser strips for defence but it was there for civilians.
