There is rewards up to 1200 day veteran status. Yes I have checked and tried to claim, but getting nowhere at all..................

Thanks Jeffel, yes I'm federation, yes I'm a lifelong member, and no I haven't received any rewards after the 700 day veteran. Any other ideas how to get them?

Thanks for the replies, I still have the same problem, stuck on 700 day vet. I'm a lifelong subscriber, so don't have monthly fees at all. So still the same question, except I'm now a 1400+ day member of STO and still stuck on 700 day vet, so how do I get my reward up to and including the 1200 day vet????

Well I've done exactly the same as so many others here, and unable to link accounts. Support is a complete joke, all they suggest is, try this, try that, try the other, all resulting in the same thing, no linking of accounts. :mad: So not only have I lost my lifetime subscription, rank, ships I've brought, experience,…

I have exactly the same problem, support offer fixes that dont work, I seem to have lost everything. Not impressed with Perfect World, or support, how many more weeks have I got to wait to get this resolved?
