I've never had any problems running STO, then again. I am just using Windows Defender and common sense when it comes to being on the internet and downloading things, never had a problem with viruses. I am going to bet you... Well, I am going to claim a stake, that I bet it's actually Norton and STO that's not getting…
Whenever I thought these small robots or whatever, couldn't get more ugly. Same goes for uniform designs, new Trek shows me the way. That yes, it is possible. It can be even uglier. Thank you for this post modern, woke future content. Or as we call it these days, cash grab.
Pretty much yeah, they hate the Federation for the lack of a better term. But they are very honorable when it comes to following the treaty and the law made out of it. They could have destroyed the human colony, but instead like you mentioned. They contacted the Federation, and they made no hostile move even after Picard…
Just go and buy a cheap mouse, they're not that expensive. You don't need a gaming one with 12 buttons and RGB disco lights, just get a cheap basic one. I play on one of the cheapest Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse combo's on my laptop. Works great. Doesn't need to be expensive, just get a really cheap mouse.
Yeah. Just getting the "sub-factions" to work properly is apparently a pain in the butt.. The game is hard coded to be blue vs red. Male and Female. Etc Etc. Messing with something like this, considering the spaghetti code of the game. I believe it's way too much a risk for the developers for very little gain. I doubt…
That's because of how hard-coded things in this game are, you can't actually change the name of the character. You simply change the display name, deep down in the code. Your character will always have the original name you'd create it with.
They made numerous changes to how characters that have not sided with Starfleet or the Klingon Defense Force works yet, you need to choose an allegiance.
If they'd want positive user reception they'd fix bugs that have been around for months, some even years. But they aren't willing to spend the resources just to do that, so they don't really care about user reception. They care mostly about money in the bank.
Many of the TNG era ships do not have a light to show the name and registry.. Voyager and the Defiant had them, but not the Enterprise-D, neither does the new in game model. The Ambassador Class is one of those ships that does not have the light that covers the name and registry.…
That's what he does, only his ideas are valid. Everything else is just, nope. My advice is just ignore him, he does nothing but argue with people on the forum all day.
No worries! ^^ But I get what you mean, as someone who is fond of roleplaying themselves and creating characters. I can understand why the forced rank is a bit tiresome. That's why the title system would work better, because it would not limit you to Captain. But you could be called Doctor.. Ambassador.. Chief Engineer..…
So just because you spent a ton of cash in the ZEN store? We gotta change the ranks and titles in the game to suit your roleplaying experience? Not going to happen.. What if I like roleplaying as a Fleet Admiral then? I have also spent a ton of cash in the ZEN store! However, what I would be open for is the game having…
Such a shame that the company hosting this donation is eating up such a large chunk of the donation money for "hosting fees"... It's much better donating directly to the organization instead of going through this event if your goal is to actually give money.
I don't like Discovery or Picard, though I haven't given both of them a fair chance yet. Region restrictions do not help. I've disliked all the new content, except for the current missions. I am enjoying those a lot, and the more I play. The more and more I am starting to like J'Ula. I had no problems with the enemies…
It's weird how people have a problem with this episode in the past, yet they keep asking for a playable Borg or Terran faction. Which would be way worse than a single incident where you get some information out of a Starfleet Captain as a Klingon.
Yeah, having to play as her was just.. It made the mission unbearable and just horrible, it's no fun. We spend so much time developing and creating our characters, being forced to play as someone else is just. Blergh, especially such a bad character as J'ula.
I'm on my fourth run of watching through Voyager.. It has actually climbed to my favourite Star Trek show, I grew up with TNG though. I also love DS9, but Voyager is my new favourite. I loved it before but, I just fall for it more and more.
Do you @somtaawkhar actually do anything except for arguing with people on the forums about like.. Everything? Is your life really that shallow? Or do you have nothing else to do while in C-19 quarantine?
Wow, you guys derailed this quick. Especially you @somtaawkhar stop making things up as fact for the rest of us. Just cause you mean something, doesn't mean the rest of us mean it as well.
I didn't say it makes sense.. But that's usually how they operate, but try to contact @"ambassadorkael#6946" and see if he can help you out, if you're not getting through with customer service.
