That solves only part of the problem, but it's still very annoying to see 2 Vengeance ships side by side with one looking like the mother goose and the other one looking like the gosling (baby goose). Or a supersized Vengeance that's 10 times the size of the JJ-Prize (or Kelvinprize), which all Star Trek fans know isn't…
This is problematic because it gives some players the option to retain the glitch. Now we have two different sizes for one class of ship which gives gameplay a wonky appearance. It's just as silly as having 2 different sizes of the Galaxy Class ship or 2 different sizes of the Buran. If we go with your logic, then might as…

This could be problematic because it gives some players the option to retain the glitch just for fun, or to stand out amongst the properly scaled Vengeance ships. Now we have two sizes of this particular ship, which makes gameplay…

It appears that the new rendering of the Kelvin Intel Dreadnought Cruiser has given it improper scaling compared to its size in the movies. The exaggerated size of the new rendering is inconsistent with the movie ship, and I hope this gets fixed because one of the things I like about STO is how they try to be as accurate…
Mystery Solved: I just donated 8,600 dilithium to complete a fleet project that boosts Turn Rate and Hull HP. Minutes later; my stats returned to normal, then a little icon that says "Fleet Research Lab: Combat Performance Boost Tier 3" appeared above my shield-meter. Thanks for all your comments, you were right after all.…
Right now my character is in the midst of that "Turn Rate and Hull HP drop phenomenon", which probably explains why I cannot see that Fleet Boost Indicator on top of my Shield-Meter that you guys are mentioning. Once my stats return to normal, I'll check it out and let you know what I find.

As a fleet administrator it…
Yeah, I still can't see anything referring to Fleet Project. Perhaps something else is causing the problem. By the way, my turn rate also drops along with the Hull HP everytime this bug occurs. They both drop together, and then they also get restored together after a few days.
So I'm guessing the only solution to this "fluctuating Hull HP" is to leave the fleet then, unless you can suggest another option. I have only been playing for 9 months, so not much experience on my part.
Apparently yes, and it was just me not being able to disable the shield visuals at the time. The problem is now solved, and I am now able to modify the ship. Thank you!
All 3 visual slots are empty (deflector, shields and impulse), but still my ship refuses to get modified so there must be a bug or glitch affecting this.
The sudden HP drop occured overnight while I was offline. I checked before going offline, and it was 91,940. Then when I logged back in the next day; without doing anything in the game yet, it was suddenly down to 80,541. This has been an ongoing issue for me, hence I check my HP each time I log in and out. The 11,400 HP's…
This has been an ongoing issue for me way before 3/15. The 11,400 HP's get reinstated for a short while, then I lose the exact same amount again couple of days later. Once they are gone, they stay gone for weeks.
Actually, it turns out that I have an in-game screenshot from last month showing my ship with its correct HP's. There's just no way to attach it to this forum, but I have proof.
It will take some time but I could do that. However, I am 100% sure my previous 92,739 Hull HP wasn't because of other people's buffs because I've had that exact number of HP's consistently in multiple locations and times until the bug occurred.
