• Hear what your saying mate, the console has no cool down, but adds a torpedo up to a stack of 6. With all the new shield bypass traits and abilities I think it just might be a tough little ship!!

• Yes it is a toggle ability. You have to first click it on the target you want, a 0-15 counter will activate, once it is exposed you must then click on a list of 3 different expose options. They will not be click-able until the 15 stack is complete. once you click on one a graphic will surround your target to let you know…
