Do you have Intel integrated graphics? If so you're FUBARed. There is a known issue with the integrated graphics chipsets since the Nov 12th patch and they are NOT fixing it, apparently.

If you have Arc installed then uninstall Arc and it will ask if you want to uninstall the games as well.

What is your graphics card? It seems from other comments that after the 12/11/2019 patch, anything with an Intel integrated chipset is fubared.

Gotta agree with Solidshark, what inside information do you possess that it is not Cryptic's problem from the 12/11/2019 patch? Because those of us with the crashing issue have been told literally nothing, other than "it's a bug".

Not what I meant and you know it. But please do explain for those who do not have a PCI-E slot how to, actually physically 'replace' their integrated graphics card.

Integrated graphics cards can't be replaced as they are...integrated, as in soldered to the motherboard. So come on Q&A team or Devs. It has been over a week now with no reply to anyone on the forums.

Check with Microsoft updates to see if they have your Intel driver update, download it from them. Or try a third party like Softpedia, they may have it as well. I have close to the same thing. Arc and Arc Update is trying to access my internet security engine and security .exe every time I try to log on. Notice the every time I try because I haven't been able to get on since the 12/11/19 patch.

Most who have this issue have put in bug tickets, bypassing the forums. According to the few replies I have received, the Devs have the information needed, (apparently) know what the issue is, they just need a fix that will actually work. Hopefully the third time is the charm.

Yup, the game is still broken for some of us. The 15/11 2019 patch did not fix it. Devs are apparently working on it according to my bug ticket replies, but no time estimate was given. I guess 'patience being a virtue' will become the new mantra for those of us on the outside looking in.
