Yes I'm having exactly the same problem with my Romulan science captain (PS4). As far as I know it's been a known issue for a month now but no fix as of yet. I have read that a retraining token corrects the problem but out of principle I personally cannot go that route of paying real money just to have a game breaking bug…

I've had to log off, game is just unplayable at the moment for me. Can't change quadrants, can't update missions, I even bought a load of lockbox keys off the zen store but whenever I try to open a box it say "you do not meet the requirements". Lots of issues that need sorting. Am gutted as its one of my only free nights…
