[Xb1] broken romulans

My Romulan character can't spend any space skills or specialization skill point. I know it's a known issue and have seen several post on this. I've sent in a ticket on this but no help there. But has anyone tried using a retrain token to fix this? I'm trying to avoid deleting the character and starting over

    Yes I'm having exactly the same problem with my Romulan science captain (PS4).

    As far as I know it's been a known issue for a month now but no fix as of yet. I have read that a retraining token corrects the problem but out of principle I personally cannot go that route of paying real money just to have a game breaking bug fixed.

    I've had to just start a new character until they get round to fixing this. To be honest I'm quite shocked at how long they have left this bug without even acknowledging it! They could at least offer a free training g token to those people affected. I'm sure if it was a bug with federation toons it would have been fixed last month but us lowly romulans don't have the numbers to warrant swift action it seems.

    Yep, same here. Pretty huge bug indeed. For now I'm just doing basic rep stuff with my Romulan, but otherwise won't play Rom much until this is resolved.

    I will note - I have the same issue (PS4) but I have also been able to complete normal and advanced queues with no problem, and normal Mirror Invasion.
