Not sure about Mac users, had the same issue on PC. Exited out of the Star Trek Online.exe launcher. Ran the ARC launcher, logged in and found this missing tracker no problems... give it a try.

Blame the hamster when something goes wrong !? Show him no love when he is doing his Job !! I think Hamster is annoyed at only getting 1 persons attention in the contest :(

Actual screenshot of the DOFF that nobody believes exists. Its from the Xindi lock box. Can't get an Aegis R&D Doff, run the Academy R&D mission, there is more than just whites there. Just to clarify, the VR doff wasn't a reward for having max crafting skill. It was obtained from a lock box.

Patch changed size from 2800 MB to just under 2000 MB and is flying along. Would also recommend a cancel and patch again.

Yeah pay them off with latinum, then provoke them. kill them then the reinforcements, and mission done. Confirmed post S8 (for me atleast)
