and while we are on the topic of anniversary ships missing from the lobi store, where is the Kobali Samsar Cruiser? which was released over a year ago? How do I purchase this ship to complete the romulan command ship set I just bought?

i looked in the lobi store and i do not see this ship listed... how do I purchase this ship? I apparently need this ship to get the console off of it complete the romulan command set that I just purchased. The presidence has already been set with the advanced obelisk and the dyson science ship before it...
