Hiya, A workaround for abilities & powers not auto executing on PS4/5 is to put the affected ship in drydock & then put it back on active duty. This has happened to me A few times & doing the 'Drydock trick' has fixed it every time. Hope this helps 🖖

Greetings Again All, I have recently discovered A solution/work-around to this bug, thanks to A Reddit post. Dry dock the ship, then activate it again & abilities 'should' auto-execute as normal. this worked for me! LLAP All 🖖

I am currently getting this error also, the described workaround however, does not work for me at the moment. I still get 'Unable to authenticate blah blah'. Will just have to play on PS5 this afternoon & keep trying PC. 🖖

Hey All, Any update on this issue? I can confirm that I am seeing the same ONLY on the 'Compression' version of the 2259c Phaser pistol. Seems it is missing 2 more modifiers at epic quality. Has anyone on staff confirmed this is A known issue? Kind Regards 🖖

Yes, you are correct, however, what I am saying is that the TOS skin is the wrong one. They obviously SHOULD be TOS era phaser models. I am just pointing out that, the TOS era phaser model is incorrect. It is black & white, it should be coloured blue & black, like the mission reward phaser in Night Of the Comet. I also…
