I tried to put Zen in through arc and it won't let me transfer zen now either. Nor will it let any of the buttons on the zen part of the website work. I can't click to send a ticket or even make selections on the list under the message to tell them anything... argh I'm so mixed up. And of COURSE the second I post this hey…

I have this too, but only maybe once a day at random times. I think the biggest annoyance is it takes down the whole program and somehow sneaks around cryptic's error checker so a ticket and dump are never made from the crash.

Same here. Press print screen, no screenshots. I just went through a good chunk of the much better looking federation episodes too. I wanted shots of those but I've found nothing in the screenshots folder. Anybody else having problems?
