Game was working fine yesterday evening. This afternoon the client downloaded and installed a patch and now I'm also getting this message. Hopefully they'll fix this issue soon.

Also having login issues here. I'm getting the "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out" message. Using Arc and playing from the Netherlands. Internet provider is Ziggo.

Thanks Wewarren68. Today I also got an issue with the "unsupported video card" after my Windows 10 update. But thanks to your solution I can play STO again.

Also having a similar issue with my account bank. Several items are "missing", they are just replaced by an unmovable black box. I can rightclick on them and a popup box with info, upgrade item (grayed out) and cancel shows up. But clicking info just shows an empty black tab for the item information.

I've got exactly the same issue here. Invisible snowman. And if I accidentally target one the game crashes. Already verified the files twice after a crash but this bug just stays.
