No, for a few of reasons. One) the Cost it is too rich for my blood. Two) the Wife has only been out of the hospital for about a week. Three) I have only been playing for less than a month, so I really do not know what I am doing yet.

Yeah as a long time gamer I can understand that, have seen a few times since the late 1990s. And I understand the different time zones, but it still would be nice once in a while not to be the mushroom. BUT I did reach level 40, Sub-Admiral, lol not bad for an old USN Engineman Petty Officer 2nd Class 07.

Well I got on this morning, got my Omega Event Done (got a total of 920, so 80 more to go for the ship) and Party Crashers done, so I made it to LvL 40 Subadmiral I got my Ha'apax Advanced Warbird, got the Mission: Turnabout, completed so not a bad morning. When I got home at about 2:30PM, could not patch or log on. Shut everything down, rebooted and got on and patched up, then made a New Vulcan Alt. Logged off for supper, just tried it about 5:10PM EST back to the same ---- UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE: CONNECTION TO THE ACCOUNT SERVER TIMED OUT.

I am not talking about the maintenance, I and the others are talking about not being able to log at all or being booted off and getting the message: Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out. Which for many of us has been happening since yesterday.

Well if they are being attack as some else posted, I would guess nothing or maybe the 9yr Event extended. If it is their fault, then a free ship for everyone or a lockbox key would be my suggestions
