UPDATE : Success! I had a previous email exchange with PWE from when I lost access to the email I created my account with. I replied through that and got a reply instead of an infinite loop. So progress! Slow, but something!

Yes I input the proper one, the customerservice@perfectworld.com and experienced this issue. Between that and the issues with the website, I am desperately reaching out on the forums an through the games system as well.

Exactly how and where do we file these tickets? I want to be sure I do it right to get my spec points returned to me. I was in Japori only briefly before I determined it wasn't rewarding as much as it should have and stuck to Argala for all of my significant levlling.
