Start the event project, use all vouchers you have and you should be able to finish it next year, there used to be option to get extra vouchers for lobi but I dont see it for this event.

Did you try teaming up if you both have the mission or possibly teaming up and sharing it and the other person doing the step you have problem with while you are near by? In most cases I think it is enough for one person in team to do interaction.

Most likely need to install ARC, then opent a client thru arc at least one so you will see sto under manage account-> games then go to reedem code, both manage account and reedem code ar found in drop down menu in upper left corner (click on arc symbol wth downward pointing triangle). Hope thats what you need.
