I guess I should clarify, the B'Rel Retrofit (the one with the Enhanced Cloaking Device) is not being allowed as the only one ever built was in ST:VI Undiscovered Country. And well, we all know what happened to that one. And I knew I was forgetting a ship. The Excelsior is allowed for Federation.

There is a time limit on the Captured Changelings. It's either 1 or 2 hours after capture that it will disappear. Usually means it died.

Only weapons are restricted. As for the space sets, you can turn off the visuals by right-clicking on the item and selecting disable visuals. Though, if it looks more canon as to what you've seen on TV or the big screen, by all means, use it.

Check the resolution you're using in-game. If you have only 1 screen, switch it over to Windowed (Maximized), adjust the settings to the highest resolution your monitor is capable of. Should help clear up the issue of incorrect screen size and resolution issues. Just thought of that.

Make sure to save the tray. Otherwise, it is a known bug that has affected quite a few people. This isn't limited to just the Nadeon Detonator.

Anything below 3k, unless we're doing something like SB24, is a too low for a majority of the events available, especially the Elites. As Trizeo has pointed out, 4-5k is about where you want to aim for in DPS output. I've had to tune my JHAS down to meet that goal.

Auto-resolve for missions is an option. Turn off Auto-Hail in Options. As for Rep, doesn't resolve until you select Collect. Fleets, sorry, no one has that option. It will complete and open up the next project in line.

Really, the only useful Digital Download/Collector item worth anything after level 11 is the Red Matter Capacitor. Not really sure about this. Undine respect strength, order, and obedience to their rule. They may see the Iconians as an equal or superior race given their abilities. Either way, the Undine won't attack until they can be sure of their victory. If their overconfidence can be curbed.
