I have been having this problem since I tried to login this morning (UK time) so approximately 6 hours ago. I've patched so many times, I'm losing interest now. I've just started a force verify to see if that will work.... If not maybe I'll uninstall and try from scratch.

Hello, I am looking to create a Fed fleet myself. I've got a character with a large amount of dilithium along with other characters building up diliithium as well. According to the game, you need 5 people to create a new fleet. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

@snovern thanks for the tip....i didn't actually get to try that because i was still downloading the game.... which seems to have sorted it. I'm not running the game through Steam anymore and I've managed to get into the character in question. I'll remember the tip though if it starts doing it again :) Thanks, Rick

I have had a similar error as this when trying to load one of my characters who is on the ground portion of Sierra Starbase 39. I've done the verify a number of times and each time when I try to load the character in question it does it again.
