im already leveled to 65, i like using the T3 ships doing traditional builds on them, like Plasma for Roms and such, Disruptors for Klingons HARGHPENG TORPEDO got some good visuals im not trying to DPS

i want this torp for its artwork and effects for a T3 build.... for crying out loud, there has got to be a mission i can do and get it as a reward, just waiting and checking to see if its available is not working

Lvl 61 What do I need to do to get him doing R&D?.....that is the purpose of this toon..... crafting lvl Mk2 VR gear to supply my Rom Sci toon to upgrade and use, Deflectors, Singularity Cores, Shields [Pen] ship weapons

In about a week later I was able to trade ZEN for Dilithium and buy lock box keys and sell them on the Exchange for EC..... I have purchased much more ZEN this time.... and AGAIN this game is going to make me wait 1 week to use my Zen for things I need in the game....... this is atrocious, admins please do something...

I just need to craft the normal low level stuff, deflectors, warp cores, [PEN] weapons, shields Basically I want to use my Jem toons to bypass the months of research needed to craft Very Rare good quality items

On PC I have a Jem'Hadar toon that can craft that didn't need R&D insert boffs, I just played and leveled him up, but when & why R&D unlocked I'm uncertain.
