Dilithium Exchange to sell Zen

I just got some ZEN a few days ago, when I go to trade it for Dilithium it says:
There is a temporary restriction on your account while we verify your payment details.
How long do I need to wait...... it's been a few days now....
It might be just me, but when I spend money on a game...... I want to start using the full potential of the ingame currency RIGHT NOW.... not a few weeks later, I mean it not being incentivized to spend money on this game when this happens.
This is on my PS4 account @Rct_Thomas

    In about a week later I was able to trade ZEN for Dilithium and buy lock box keys and sell them on the Exchange for EC.....
    I have purchased much more ZEN this time.... and AGAIN this game is going to make me wait 1 week to use my Zen for things I need in the game....... this is atrocious, admins please do something...

    it must be your payment type or location. it happens to me once in a blue moon. it might be amount dependent too because i rarely spend more than $10 at a time.
