I did some more testing. It seems that there IS an increase in weapon DPS. Still, it should show that increase in the weapon tooltip, not just when analyzing it in detail via combat logging -.-'

Apparently there is some interaction between the wonky CD on Adapt, Mud's Time Device and the Risa Kit Frame that makes it so that Ball Lightning unreliably spawns (yet still goes on cooldown). @arliekkos the Lukari Wrist Apparatus does about 150-200 effective DPS on my parses. That puts it in the upper end of non-lobi weapons. Confirmed. It seems to happen when one plays the beam animation/emote without changing the map. That emote/animation seems to not remove the communicator when it ends, instead relying on map-change to fix that. As a workaround playing the Hold Torch emote fixes that though.

I might be mistaken, but if I recall correctly you are asked to "join starfleet" during the speeches for selecting your alignment. Even if your are 'on loan' to starfleet and not a full fledged starfleet member you should be able to wear their uniforms - without any SF insignias. At the very least you should be able to…
