• Well, not that I figure it'll help, but I've come back to the game after over a year of not playing and have this problem. Trying the safe mode workaround doesn't even work. Once I change my settings in normal mode after forcing DX9 in safe mode, it just crashes on next startup. Which means I'm forced into using safe mode…
