Maybe Cryptic doesn't understand what people have been saying about the tommy gun. It was an event reward so some people have it account unlocked. If you buy the Picard bundle you get it for only one character. There is no possible way to buy more tommy guns for the rest of your characters if you wanted. I can understand…

Same issue here. Going off what westmetals said, I deleted all emails off of all characters and this still does not resolve the issue.

I am having the same issue and at the same time, saved loadouts will not load and fix the problem.

There isn't any way to skip on console. I really hope that this will be worked on as it makes it a lot less fun to replay missions and even a lot of TFO's.
